About us
Roger Walker
Roger formed his own company in 1981, building on his networking experiences at Xerox. Initially concentrating on investigating alternative work patterns, he systematically developed a total service approach to career management, based on individual needs analysis and also manages the Search and Selection Division. He has worked as Head of Personnel in international service companies, a paper manufacturer, shoemaker and engineering.
Dawn Williams
Dawn is responsible for maintaining high levels of service among our consultants liaising with clients and counselees to ensure the highest possible quality of delivery. She also manages the Interim and Employment Services arm and the Business Agenda property portfolio.
Dawn has experience in Tesco (frequently involved in new store opening, staff recruitment and training) and Nat West Bank as well as periods with the Chamber of Commerce.
