Introduction to HRPro
Who are HRPro?
We consist of three partner companies:
Lawcost (Insurance)
People Agenda (HR Consultancy)
Xlfinance (Business Expertise)
Between them they represent a team of 160 HR Consultants and 50 Health and Safety Consultants spread throughout the UK.
What is HRPro?
It is:
a complete service to Industry and Business, designed to augment, or replace, a company's Human Resource function.
an insurance policy to protect the company from unforeseen Legal Expenses and Employment Tribunal awards.
a provider of vital business serices such as Payroll processing.
Why is HRPro so vital?
Few companies in the SME sector can afford fully-qualified HR staff to ensure that all of the company's Employment Law requirements are met.
Fewer still can rely on an experienced HR professional being available to work through serious issues as they develop and before they escalate.
Our commitment is that where we have established the Employment Law Policy, and that policy has been adhered to, if any HR problem goes beyond a Written Warning (Disciplinary) or to Final Appeal (Grievance), your insurance covers the fee for us dealing with the issue.
What HRPro does:
The basic contract (Bronze) provides a comprehensive audit of all your HR policies and procedures, ensures that they are compliant with the law, and provides the valuable insurance cover. Silver and Gold levels provide for extra "face to face" time with your consultant.
