Introductory Workshop

The following modules are then available on a 1:1 basis:

1. General introduction Career audit and counselling 

2. CV preparation, production and maintenance; speculative letters; replying to advertisements 

3. Understanding the five standard job search methods; Networking, advertisements, cold calling, Agencies and e-recruitment. 

4. Network skills development. 

5. Interview skills training 

6. Psychometric testing: complete "career change" analysis. 18 page report. 

7. Psychometric testing: Job search "practice tests". 

8. Proactive Job Search: Development of a database of contacts from “cold”; you let us know the companies you wish to join and we will contact the key decision makers directly on your behalf). 

9. Ongoing contact, each review meeting

10. Network Group Membership – one for job seekers the other for Consultants and others running their own business. Free for the first year to those committing beyond the Workshop phase – access to ALL members, meetings every 8 weeks plus one Annual Convention. Fees in the second year and beyond are £150 plus Annual Convention fees, at cost. 

The book 3 Easy Steps to the job you want plus comprehensive networking notes plus relevant notes suitable for each module are free of charge to every paying delegate.

Regular telephone contact to assess progress is also free to all those who commit to modules beyond the Workshop phase.
