We specialise in providing local personnel management support to small and medium sized companies (SME’s). Our primary services are designed to assist companies which at their present stage of development are unable to justify the appointment of a full time personnel specialist. For those companies which have a small personnel function (e.g. a Personnel Officer), but from time to time require addition expertise, we can provide additional support for personnel related projects.
In addition, we provide experienced consultants, pre-eminent in specific Human Resources disciplines to work within larger organisations on an interim or consultancy basis providing particular expertise for “one off” projects

We prepare Contracts of employment, staff and managers handbooks and, where appropriate, produce detailed policy and procedural manuals (alternatively providing a “Help Line” open 24 hours to deal with policy interpretation).
Secondly, we “train in” these initiatives ensuring staff and managers are aware of the new approaches.
Thirdly, we prepare a strategic course of action in line with your business plans.
Fourthly, we are able to complete all agreed tasks with qualified, experienced and hands-on professionals.
We then maintain an open, regular communication with you both during and after project completion
