Then as number one priority we make you legal ! We prepare Contracts of employment, staff and managers handbooks and, where appropriate, produce detailed policy and procedural manuals (alternatively providing a “Help Line” open 24 hours to deal with policy interpretation).
Secondly, we “train in” these initiatives ensuring staff and managers are aware of the new approaches.
Thirdly, we prepare a strategic course of action in line with your business plans.
Fourthly, we are able to complete all agreed tasks with qualified, experienced and hands-on professionals.
